This policy applies to all purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and services made through Periscopify. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Periscopify does not offer refunds for:

  • Digital products, downloads, templates, and files
  • Subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or recurring)
  • Service fees, onboarding, or consultation charges
  • Any completed or active service already delivered

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for understanding the features and functionality of the product or service before completing payment.

3. Cancellations & Downgrades

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for previous charges.

Downgrading your plan will take effect on the next billing cycle and will not result in a refund or credit for the unused portion of your current subscription.

4. Limited Exceptions

In certain rare situations, Periscopify may consider issuing a refund at its sole discretion. These may include:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a system error
  • Accidental double charges verified through our payment provider
  • Failure of product delivery where Periscopify cannot resolve the issue

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, Periscopify will provide documentation proving the validity of the transaction.

Fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to services.
